Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ScribbleFlip, an AI-powered content repurposing tool at scribbleflip.com (the "Service", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

ScribbleFlip converts text you submit into platform-specific content (e.g. LinkedIn posts, Instagram captions, X threads, video scripts, newsletters) using AI. Output is generated automatically and may contain errors — you're responsible for reviewing and editing it before publishing anywhere.

2. Accounts

• You must provide a valid email address and keep your password secure.
• You're responsible for all activity under your account.
• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
• One account per person; don't share login credentials.

3. Plans & billing

• Free — 3 flips per month, no payment required.
• Pro — 50 flips per month, billed monthly through our payment processor.
• Premium — unlimited flips, billed monthly through our payment processor.

Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel, resume, or change your plan at any time from your account settings — changes take effect as described at the point of cancellation/change. Prices are shown in euros (EUR) and include VAT. The VAT rate applied depends on your country of residence.

4. Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

Under EU consumer law you normally have 14 days to cancel a purchase without giving a reason. Because ScribbleFlip is digital content delivered immediately upon payment, by subscribing you explicitly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the subscription becomes active. You can still cancel future renewals at any time — this only affects the already-paid period.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate illegal, hateful, harassing, or fraudulent content.
• Submit content that infringes someone else's intellectual property or privacy.
• Attempt to abuse, overload, or reverse-engineer the Service.
• Resell or redistribute access to the Service without our written permission.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

6. Your content & ownership

You retain ownership of the text you submit and the content ScribbleFlip generates from it. By submitting text, you grant us a limited license to process it (including sending it to our AI provider) solely to provide the Service to you. Don't submit confidential, sensitive, or third-party data you're not allowed to share.

7. AI output disclaimer

Content is generated by a third-party AI model and provided "as is." We do not guarantee that it is accurate, current, original, or suitable for any particular purpose, and it is not professional advice of any kind — legal, medical, financial or otherwise.

You decide what to publish. Before you do, it is your responsibility to check the output for accuracy, to satisfy yourself that it does not infringe anyone else's rights, and to comply with the rules of the platform you publish it on. Output that resembles existing material is possible: the model is trained on text it did not write, and we have no way to check what any particular output resembles.

Anything you publish is published by you, in your own name and on your own account. We are not a party to it.

8. Service availability

We aim to keep the Service available but don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, and features may change over time.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or (b) €250. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, and nothing in this clause limits our liability for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or for non-payment. You can request account deletion via support@scribbleflip.com or the contact page — see our Privacy Policy for details on what happens to your data.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email or an in-app notice before they take effect.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court of the District Court of Midden-Nederland.

If you are a consumer and we invoke the clause above in writing, you have at least one month from that moment to choose instead for the court that would have jurisdiction under the law. We will bring proceedings against you only in the courts of your country of residence. Nothing here affects your rights under the mandatory consumer law of that country.
